When we were little we all dreamt at least once of becoming explorers … Sibiu’s Natural History Museum fulfils this child wish with its new method of display which gives the exhibition a dynamic dimension. The museum proposes a tri-dimensional presentation by means of dioramas and by associating sound and light effects to suggest the night and day cycle of each environment displayed.
At the exhibition the visitors-explorers will discover the secrets of the living world evolution from aquatic invertebrates to insects, fishes and reptiles. The ecosystems are also presented in sectors illustrating various habitats. One of the most interesting ones is the paleontological sector which shows an ample paleo-geographic reconstruction. Your small adventure to the world of nature ends with a visit to the mineralogy sector.
