Hungarikum Days Festival 2025 – Experience Hungarian Culture in an Authentic Setting!

Organized by the HÍD Association – Hungarian Cultural Center of Sibiu, the Hungarikum Days Festival invites you to discover Hungarian traditions and culture in the picturesque open-air setting of the ASTRA Museum.

🎉 What to Expect

• Craftsmen and Producers Fair: Over 50 artisans from Romania and Hungary will showcase traditional crafts ranging from ceramics and textiles to natural cosmetics and honey products.

• Traditional Gastronomy: Taste authentic dishes including cauldron-cooked goulash, pálinka (fruit brandy), artisanal cheeses, and traditional sweets.

• Goulash Cooking Contest: On Saturday, July 5, chefs from several countries will compete for the title of best goulash.

• Cultural Events: Enjoy folk music concerts, traditional dances, and family-friendly performances.

• Kids’ Activities: Workshops including weaving, ribbon embroidery, wood carving, and more.

🎶 Official Opening

Thursday, July 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Sibiu, featuring a festive concert by the Mixed Choir of the City of Veszprém, Hungary.
