Sibiu in white and black. Simply: Fred Nuss!

Exhibition Calendar in 2015 begins at ASTRA Museum with an exhibition of unique photographs, crafted with style and originality! "Sibiu in white and black. Fred Nuss". From the title we realize that we are dealing with Sibiu imortalized in non-colors and then transposed in art by the beloved photographer Fred Nuss. Fred Nuss is a true professional who was constantly with ASTRA Museum amd with the citizens of Sibiu in the last 50 years. From the exhibition part around 100 photos higjlighting Sibiu in 60-70', along with the specific atmosphere of those times.

Indeed, many elements presented in those photos can not be seen now because ...they are gone! In other words, the exhibition is an exciting, and full of surprises alike.

All the photos in the exhibition 'Sibiu in white and black' entered in the heritage of ASTRA Museum in 1998, which were donated. First of all, they have great artistic value, but there are also document pictures. We realize this after notice, for example, changes in architectural terms which Sibiu had suffered over time.

The exhibition of photographs will take place on Friday, February 27, at 5:00 P.M. , at ASTRA Museum (Hermes, the Studio), Piaţa Mică, no. 11. Black and white postcards, by Fred Nuss, will be exhibited at the ASTRA Museum until May 31, 2015.
